Kempler and Strauss makes the world’s smallest full-function GSM tri-band cellphone watch

Despite being small in stature the WatchPhone boasts of superb features that can almost equal a regular handheld device. It has a Bluetooth headset (usually provided along with the unit to refrain you from directly speaking to your wrist) giving you the option for call and music streaming, an MP3 player and a slot for a MicroSD card. The exterior of the WatchPhone boasts of a circular large display with a thick gray band. It may not be as sleek as the LG watchphone but it sure is at the right side of technology. Tapping the screen you are guided to the menu applications and a black colored background with white numbers appear. Giving you 1.5 inch display at a resolution of 320×310 pixels, the screen is quite cumbersome to use and with its tiny display large sized fingers may find it difficult in using the touchscreen features of the watch. Adding to its multimedia functions is a built-in digital camera capable of storing up to 640 jpegs and 128 videos on its standalone memory, excess files can be dumped on the MicroSD card in case anyone needs extended storage space. For the media player you can play formats like MP3, AMR, WAV and WMA. Other features include a phonebook for contacts, a log for calls reserved for dialled missed and received calls. The WatchPhone by Kempler and Strauss is expected to start a trend in the communication industry by being the smallest communication device out in the market. Out of the box the unit comes with a USB Battery charger making the unit useful for 300 minutes of talktime and a standby time of 100 minutes.
