On your laptop, click on Bluetooth Devices icon and let it scan for the phone. Your cell icon will appear, right click on it, then left click on Discover Available Services. Right click on the Dial-Up Networking button and hit Connect. When it asks if you want to pair with your laptop, the answer is ‘YES’! The cell phone will prompt you for the code to pair the two devices; enter it then be ready to supply your user name, password and ISP info like when you log on for emails. You are online thanks to your cell phone. This connection is not as fast as WiFi, but won’t burn through your battery power either, so work as long as you need.
